Medicine and Innovation in Conflict: The Army Medical Services during World War One
We are pleased to announce the opening of our new exhibition ‘Medicine and Innovation in Conflict: The Army Medical Services during World War One’
Come and immerse yourself in a realistic trench experience and learn about the vital role of the Army Medical Services during the First World War.
The exhibition space has been radically transformed featuring a walk through trench experience and a Regimental Aid Post where you can try your hand at applying bandages. Come see a number of unique items on display and listen to some audible diary accounts via your smartphone.
The museum is open Monday to Friday 09.30-15.30 and we also open the first Saturday of each month including this upcoming Saturday 6th October.
