Ordering and Payment Options

There are several ways to place your order and pay ā€“ PayPal online, telephone, or post:

PayPal

Simply browse our shop and click on the item you wish to purchase, this can be reviewed and changed at any time upto the point of payment. Once you have finished shopping proceed to the checkout at which point you will be asked to provide your personnel details and confirm your order, your order will then be complete.

Telephone

Call 01252868612 and ask for the museum shop, one of our staff will then take your order and personnel details. (Your order will be processed within 5 working days unless otherwise stated).

Post

You can either write to us with full details of your order and a cheque/postal order made payable to AMS Museum Trust Fund or alternatively you can download our printable order form to pay by cheque, postal order or credit/debit card, simply follow the instructions above for paypal but when you reach the checkout choose to download your order and print off.

Returns and Refunds

We want you to be totally satisfied with your purchase, if for any reason you are not entirely happy with your order we have a 21working days returns policy, we will refund the value of the goods (excluding postage costs) within 5 working days of receipt of your returned goods, as long as the goods are in their original packaging, unused and accompained by the receipt.

Damaged Goods

In the unlikely event that you receive your goods in a damaged or faulty condition you are entitled to a full refund or replacement goods at no extra cost (this does not effect your statutory rights).

If the above occurs you must contact us immediately by e-mail or telephone stating the product(s) & the problem and await instrution. Please keep all the original packaging and receipts (you must contact us within 5 working days of receipt of your goods).

Limitation of Liability

We will not be liable for any business loss (including loss of profits, revenue, contracts, anticipated savings, data, goodwill or wasted expenditure) or any other indirect orr consequential loss tht is not reasonably foreseeable by either party when the contract for sale is formed.

Amendments

We reserve the right to alter amend add to or remove all or any part of our terms and conditions at any time without notice and any changes made to this or any other terms or policy’s shown on our website apply with immediate effect of being published. By continuing to use this website after the changes are made you indicate your acceptance of those changes.
