Research enquiries
The Museum's archives cover all four AMS corps and extend over 200 years. Researchers are welcome but a visit must be booked in advance to access the archives and library depending on staff availability. Please enquire for details.

We regret we cannot speak to anyone on the day without a prior booking. Please enquire for details.
Please note the museum holds very few individual records. We only hold records for regular commissioned officers. We hold no records for junior ranks nor records for those who were conscripted, volunteered or territorial. For individuals pre 1922 service records may be available at the National Archives. The Army Personnel Centre will have service records for all personnel post 1922.
